Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Stockton
Pay: £90–£120 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are keen to appoint a Sports Coach to work across schools in Stockton. We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual who can use coaching, teamwork, and mentoring skills to encourage student participation and personal development.
The Sports Coach role holds an opportunity to bring structure, motivation, and positive routines into student support through active and engaging approaches.
Responsibilities:
* Lead structured sports and physical activities that encourage participation
* Use coaching techniques to build confidence, teamwork, and self-discipline
* Support students in developing positive routines and respectful behaviour
* Encourage active involvement during practical and classroom-based activities
* Work alongside staff to promote engagement and student wellbeing
* Act as a positive role model through clear communication and consistency
Sports Coach Requirements:
* Experience in sports coaching, fitness, youth work, or similar settings
* Ability to motivate and engage young people through active sessions
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Positive and adaptable approach when working with different student needs
* Commitment to promoting confidence, participation, and personal growth
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
