The Credit Controller role involves managing a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring timely payments. You will utilise your communication skills to resolve queries, allocate receipts accurately, and work proactively to minimise overdue balances. Reporting to the Group Credit Control Manager, you will be an integral part of our enthusiastic team dedicated to operational excellence.
Credit Controller Requirements:
1. Previous experience in credit control, collections, or customer service roles
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. A keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills
5. A proactive attitude with a flexible approach to work
