About the role
In your role as Payroll Administrator you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset
This role will provide a great opportunity to carry out administrative tasks within the Pensions Payroll Technical in order to provide an effective and efficient customer service.
What you will be doing
As a trusted part of the Finance you will be responsible for:
* To administer the completion of correspondence, including the debtor review process ensuring that it is completed in accordance with company branding and within target dates. Ensure that the section’s records are updated accordingly
* To complete updates of member records (includes Guaranteed Minimum Pension analysis and updating) to ensure successful processing of pension increases
* To process data changes for the pensions payroll and ensure all associated pension payroll tasks are completed within agreed timescales
* To complete pensions payroll account reconciliations within agreed timescales
* To handle day to day enquiries from internal and external customers and assist with other tasks required for the efficient running of the section
