Along the way, you’ll develop in-demand skills in data analysis, reporting, and communication - setting you up for an exciting career in tech, data, or beyond. Support the organisation in managing, analysing, and reporting on carers’ data to improve service delivery and monitor staff performance. Apply statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, time series analysis, and data/text mining to identify trends and patterns. Translate complex data into actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations for improving staff performance and service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (service managers, team leads, operational staff) and external stakeholders (funders, commissioners) to meet reporting needs. Present findings through written summaries, monthly meetings, and video calls, providing clear narratives around data insights. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive and personal information. Analyse unstructured data using text mining techniques such as sentiment analysis and word clouds. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship will teach you essential data skills, including how to source, format and present data; data validation and analysis; and how to apply legal and ethical principles when gathering and manipulating business data.
