We're seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to handle a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties - including private treaty and auction sales - across London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage a portfolio of property listings and respond to enquiries
*
Conduct viewings and provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers
*
Negotiate offers and manage deals through to completion
*
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage advisors
*
Proactively source new listings through outbound outreach
*
Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
*
5+ years of sales experience (estate agency or property sales preferred)
*
Strong communicator and skilled negotiator
*
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
*
Energetic, target-focused, and self-motivated
*
Familiarity with the London property market (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence required
What's on Offer
*
£45-£50K Base Salary, £75-£100K first year OTE, £125-£150K 2nd year
*
Fast-paced, supportive team environment
*
Exposure to a wide range of properties and deal types
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm (one 7pm finish a week), 1-2 Saturdays a month 10am-3pm
Full UK driving licence required
