Account Director, Maidenhead / Hybrid – Up to £65K
We’re looking for an Account Director to join a leading brand experience and experiential marketing agency delivering standout integrated campaigns for some of the world’s biggest consumer brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Account Director with strong experiential, retail, shopper or integrated agency experience who enjoys leading complex campaigns, building senior client relationships and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
Working across major FMCG, retail, food, health & beauty and consumer brands, this Account Director will lead multi-channel campaigns spanning experiential, sampling, retail activation, live events and integrated marketing activity.
This is a highly client-facing role and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing strategic thinking, commercial leadership and operational delivery.
Responsibilities of this Account Director:
• Act as a senior trusted advisor to clients, building strong strategic relationships across key accounts
• Lead integrated experiential and brand campaigns from brief through to delivery, reporting and evaluation
• Work closely with internal creative, production, staffing, finance and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class execution
• Develop operational plans and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale campaigns and live activations
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, commercials and overall account profitability
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and wider strategic partnerships
• Lead pitches, proposals and client presentations
• Mentor Campaign Managers and junior team members across the wider team
• Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest possible standard across multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
Requirements of this Account Director:
• Strong agency-side experience within experiential, shopper, retail or integrated marketing
• Experience working with FMCG, retail, food, beauty or consumer brands
• Excellent client leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L responsibility
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns involving production, logistics, staffing, events and creative delivery
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
• Natural leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to campaign events when required
