Due to the continued success of Exeter College and the growth of our Aeronautical provision, we’re looking for an Administrator to join our Aerospace team within the Engineering, Aerospace and Automotive faculty.
Working closely with the Aeronautical Training Manager, you’ll help support and promote a range of day to day activities including Civil Aviation Courses delivered by the team to businesses and individuals. You’ll also be the first point of contact for customer and student enquiries.
What you’ll be doing
1. supporting the administration of aviation courses and activities
2. acting as the first point of contact for student and customer enquiries
3. helping promote business activities within the aviation curriculum
4. managing bookings, records and course administration
5. working closely with colleagues to solve problems and meet deadlines
6. supporting day-to-day administrative tasks across the faculty
