* Job Details* Key Skills* Recruiter Details* Company Details##### Job DescriptionAs an HR Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield in Gurgaon, your role will involve leveraging your 4-5 years of analytics experience to turn data into actionable insights. You will play a crucial part in driving strategic decision-making through analytics and visualization, supporting HR initiatives, and enhancing employee experience through data-driven storytelling and reporting.\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business.- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across HR functions.- Create clear, compelling presentations and visual narratives for senior leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.- Track, monitor, and report on key HR metrics such as Talent Acquisition, Attrition, DEI, and Workforce Effectiveness.- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve HR outcomes.- Maintain data accuracy, standardization, and integrity across all reporting mechanisms.- Use data insights to identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experience.- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to implement improvements and automation where applicable.- Partner with HR leadership, business units, and global teams to ensure alignment in data definitions, reporting standards, and insights.- Act as a trusted advisor for HR analytics, providing support and clarity where needed.- Utilize systems such as Workday, Help Hub, and internal intranet platforms to extract, manage, and analyze data efficiently.- Support the adoption of HR technology tools and reporting enhancements.\*\*Qualifications Required:\*\*- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.- 45 years of experience in an Analyst role, preferably within HR or related business functions.- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other analytics/reporting tools.- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience preparing leadership-level presentations.- Creative thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and high attention to detail.- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR and cross-functional teams.\*\*Additional Details:\*\*Working at Cushman & Wakefield means benefiting from career development, promoting from within culture, commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, and providing work-life balance in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
