We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a desire to provide a sector leading experience to both candidates and hiring managers. We will work with you to ensure you are confident in providing excellent solutions to challenges faced at advertising and assessment stages, to make the University of Lincoln at the forefront of modern recruitment practices. You will need to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the University, work with hiring managers to ensure suitable candidate assessment methods are used, and be able to challenge constructively and appropriately in order to balance the needs of the individual and organisation whilst ensuring an approach to recruitment which is consistent across the University. An important element of this role is the responsibility for line management of a small team, with a focus on customer excellence, therefore experience in this would be an advantage.
