Day to day of the role:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for national tests.
* Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere that promotes learning and students' well-being.
* Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational environment and school community.
* Participate in and organise school events and activities.
* Engage with parents and guardians to support students' educational progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching at the primary level.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
* Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to professional development.
