This role is perfect for a senior Technician passionate about digital dentistry, workflow optimisation, and quality assurance, offering full autonomy, outstanding facilities, and collaborative clinical engagement.
About the Position:
* Full-Time – Monday to Friday – sociable hours
* Up to £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
* Oversee scheduling, digital production, and quality control
* Manage a multi-specialty team and daily lab operations
* Lead CAD/CAM and digital workflows

Requirements:
* Longstanding Dental Lab Technician experience
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience required
* Proficient in digital dental technologies: CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape), 3D printing, and scanning systems
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with All-On-X full arch restorations and Crowns &; Bridges
* Strong understanding of dental materials, prosthetic design, and lab techniques
* Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
