We’re partnering with a prestigious jewellery retailer to recruit a store manager for their high-performing Birmingham location. This business features several of the industry’s most respected premium brands and is a leader in the luxury retail sector.
Recent product launches have significantly increased sales across the UK, reaching record-breaking figures. This is an exciting time to join a brand on a strong upward trajectory.
In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for managing a store with an annual turnover exceeding £1.5 million, overseeing a team of 8, including an assistant manager and a senior sales advisor. Key responsibilities include:
1. Achieving store-level EBITDA targets
2. Maintaining operational excellence, especially in back-of-house procedures
3. Leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced deputy manager ready to advance into full store leadership. Experience in a premium or luxury environment with a focus on client service and assisted selling is essential. Relevant backgrounds include fashion, accessories, jewellery, footwear, or beauty.
