French Speaking Export Sales Coordinator
Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Fixed term contract
Location: London – Hybrid
Ref: 5506F
Main duties:
Act as a bilingual (French/English) coordinator between group companies, sales teams, distributors, suppliers, and service providers to support the international supply and distribution of automotive products
The Role
* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage orders and resolve issues
* Plan and manage international shipments, logistics, export clearance, and insurance
* Prepare and issue all shipping, customs, and dangerous goods documentation accurately and on time
* Manage invoicing, payments, AR/AP accounts, and customer credit limits
* Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
* Help analyse gross profit, P&L, and month/year-end financial results
* Ensure regulatory compliance
* Provide French/English support driving continuous improvement and supporting team activities.
Candidate's Profile
* Fluent in French to a very high standard – Essential
* Previous experience in Exports logistics
* Knowledge of IMCO terms
* Experience within manufacturing environment would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
* Proactive and dynamic personality
* Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
* Able to work under pressure
