Full-Time Production Line Leader About Us Wilson's Country is a leading company in the food industry specialising in pre-packed, peeled and prepared potatoes and is dedicated to producing high-quality products for our customers. Job Summary We are seeking a Production Line Leader to join our team in Craigavon. The Production Line Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, meeting quality standards, and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities Efficiently producing the correct quantity and quality of product in accordance with customer requirements and product specifications, within deadline; working to stock to minimise waste; Carry out pre-start checks, regularly monitoring and reporting maintenance requirements; Setting up, operating, controlling and overseeing production machinery; Carrying out changeovers efficiently; Assisting with production duties (e.g. packing, grading, preparing) as and when required; W.I.P. and/or picking orders as appropriate, drawing away finished products and/or wrapping finished products as appropriate Maintaining clean and hygienic equipment, machinery, work area and premises; Accurately calculating figures and recording information and maintaining accurate and up to date records associated with food production (manual and/or computerised).
