Job Description:
Aim of the role:
The aim of the role is two-fold: to initiate and develop relationships with new Customers, and to proactively manage and upsell Redcentric's product portfolio into the existing Customer base to increase order value in line with the business aims.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not restricted to the following:
* Developing new business relationships (either from leads generated personally or by the Marketing team): making follow-up calls, conducting new business presentations, making Customer visits
* Maintaining and developing existing Customer relationships to ensure contracts are renewed and to proactively upsell into Customer base
* Attending "Service Review" meetings with existing Customers to improve relationships, communication, and facilitate upsell/renewal
* Acting as the escalation point for any Customer complaints or queries
* Facilitating and participating in business negotiations on behalf of Redcentric
* Liaising with all appropriate contacts both internally and externally to ensure negotiations/deals progress smoothly
* Working to achieve both individual and team targets (agreed) within budgetary constraints
* Updating and maintaining the system in line with the Sales process
* Producing monthly forecast reports and statistics, as required
* Adhering to the Company's procedures and completing necessary documentation
* Ensuring compliance with Redcentric's ISO standards and policies, including handling and protection of information, reporting security events, and implementing policies
Person Specification:
The role requires an individual capable of quickly gaining sound product and company knowledge, with proven sales skills from lead generation to complex negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in end-user sales, preferably within telecoms or managed services, with experience selling directly to end users and via Business Partners.

Hours of Work:
