About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Hounslow Youth Justice Service. We are looking to recruit an experienced Operational Manager to work collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team to improve outcomes for children, support victims, and build safer communities within Hounslow.
You will be joining an established management team and will be able to demonstrate an ability to motivate and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for children. This will include supervision, audits and quality assurance to steer practice.
In addition, you will use your understanding of the criminal justice setting to represent the Youth Justice Service at professional and multi‑agency meetings, including community safety fora, strategy meetings, reviews for children looked after, child protection conferences and core group meetings.
We offer a robust induction, monthly professional supervision, a strong training offer and the opportunity to grow and develop your practice.
About the Team
