Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the efficient operation of the team. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase invoices, updating supplier records, and preparing and processing weekly payment runs.
This is a hybrid role with in-office work on Mondays and Fridays. Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
You will join our Homes team based in Chelmsford, which serves communities by providing trusted housing management solutions. We adopt a collaborative, commercially-minded, yet socially principled approach across our portfolio of Affordable, Private Rented, and Leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase invoices
* Manage the mailbox and handle internal and external queries
* Process employee expenses
* Perform weekly bank reconciliations
* Distribute supplier invoices for approval
Key Requirements
* Strong Accounts Payable experience
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Computer literate
* Experience working within a busy team
