Entry Level Marketing - Leadership & Progression

Compensation: £35,000 – £60,000 OTE

BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.
We're expanding, and we're looking for driven individuals who want to build real skills in marketing, sales, and leadership from day one - not in a classroom, not behind a screen, but in the field with real customers and real results.

The Role
This is a field-based marketing position where you'll represent our brand partners directly with customers in residential and event settings.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Engaging customers and communicating products and services with confidence
* Representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment
* Contributing to live marketing campaigns and tracking your own performance
* Developing your leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience
No two days are the same. The pace is fast, the feedback is immediate, and the growth is real.
Training & Development
You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:
* Customer engagement and professional communication
* Brand representation and campaign delivery

Who We're Looking For
You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:
* A genuine interest in people and communication
* A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
* A competitive edge and a willingness to be coached
* Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus — but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.
