Duties
* Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
* Handling data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
* Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats
* Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
* Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
* Providing general administrative support to staff members and management
* Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Skills
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent data entry accuracy
* Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
