Retention Executive We are looking for a motivated Retention Executive with a strong telesales background and a passion for exceeding sales targets. This role focuses on engaging with customers who have already received a quote from us, with the goal of retaining their business and maximizing conversion opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively follow up with customers after their appointments to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
* Use our quoting system to review offers and apply discounts where appropriate.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or adjust quotes to secure the sale.
* Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven telesales or retention experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient under pressure.
* Able to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections effectively.
