Account Manager
Guildford - Travelling throughout London and South East of England
£37K OTE
My client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. You will:
* Proactively contact potential clients by phone to introduce the services, understand their individual needs, and provide tailored quotations
* Build and maintain strong working relationships within the network
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
* Work closely with our Legal and Client Services teams to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to formal instruction
* Provide ongoing support to clients and agents by conducting follow-up calls, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring all interactions are accurately documented
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a proven track record of sales and hitting targets
* Have strong telephone and negotiation skills
* Have excellent customer relationship skills
* Work well within a target driven environment
* Have a full UK driving license
* Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Have Good Analytical and problem solving skills
* Have experience working within the property market
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
