The Role
* Collaborate closely with the Client Solutions Sales team to create compelling, best-in-class client communications and materials that showcase the value of their services.
* Lead cross-functional deal teams (Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Strategic Analytics, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of new business and in-force initiatives.
* Manage the end-to-end process for new business tenders and in-force projects, driving collaboration and accountability across teams.
* Draft treaties and addenda, ensuring governance requirements are met and execution is timely.
* Support internal reporting and processes, including pipeline performance tracking, quarterly new business reporting, and updates to internal tools and frameworks.
What They’re Looking For
* Strong and relevant technical experience within the protection life (re)insurance market.
* Ideally a qualified actuary with relevant post-qualification experience.
* Good understanding of the UK and Irish protection insurance market.
* Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and organisational ability.
* Collaborative and confident in holding cross-functional teams accountable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Decisive, accountable, and commercially astute with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
