Job Summary:
Are you a kind, caring, and reliable individual passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide essential care and support to vulnerable adults enabling them to maintain their independence, well-being, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes, following individualised care plans.
* Assist with personal care.
* Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if required.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities and conversation.
* Assist with mobility and transfers, using safe moving and handling techniques.
* Observe and report any changes in client's condition or well-being to the supervisor.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain client confidentiality.
Skills:
* Genuine passion for providing care and support to vulnerable adults.
* Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred, but not essential).
* Must be eligible to work in the UK (Right to Work).Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship
Qualifications:
* Health and Social Care Level 2 (preferred but not essential).
