The Role
This position involves coordinating office administration, supporting engineering teams, and planning engineer work to ensure excellent customer service. You should have expert administrative skills, be comfortable with systems, and understand customer support, supporting a field-based team installing and servicing security systems.
* Lead and supervise administrative and customer support activities to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to project completion.
* Plan and coordinate engineers’ schedules and respond to emergencies as needed.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
* Prepare and review operational procedures.
* Support procurement processes within budget.
* Manage staff training and development to meet industry guidelines.
* Adhere to health and safety policies and company policies.
* Perform any other reasonable requests from Directors.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced senior administrator capable of overseeing teams.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach.
* Support experience with engineers or field teams preferred.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Teams, and internal databases.
* Interest in learning about fire, intruder, and security systems.
* Full UK driving license required.
