Salary: Up to £110 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning and development. Whether working one-to-one or with small groups, your role will be vital in helping children achieve their full potential in a safe and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities of Primary School Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Support pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
* Deliver targeted support to pupils with varying educational needs.
* Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting to teaching staff.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Requirements of Primary School Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
* A relevant qualification such as CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistant or Childcare.
* A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is desirable.
* Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach.
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
