Meet Your Manager: https://www.linkedin.com/in/paul-gregory-1640108/ The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing and maintaining the next generation of Linx industrial printers, while also supporting existing products. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership, guiding three engineers and collaborating across mechanical, software, and manufacturing departments. Your responsibilities as an Electronics Engineering Manager at Linx, include: Lead and motivate the electronics team, fostering technical competence and critical thinking. Drive accelerated product development of new printer systems, including schematic and PCB layout, high‑voltage circuits, power supplies, analogue and high‑speed digital circuits. Ensure reliability, serviceability, and quality compliance of both new and existing products. Collaborate across departments to meet outcomes in quality, performance, time to market, and cost. Provide input in design reviews, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as technical specialist on electrical engineering matters, including regulatory requirements for machine safety. The essential requirements of the job include: Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent industry experience. Strong background in product design, industrial electronics, and product sustainment. Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams to deliver complex products. Detailed knowledge of electronics engineering principles, system integration, prototyping, debugging, and validation. Experience in designing products using CAE tools, including simulations, schematics, modelling, layout design, and software. Knowledge of safety, EMC, thermal management, and mechanical integration. Hands‑on leader with excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
