Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for various projects, from print materials to digital campaigns.
* Work closely with senior creatives to bring concepts to life and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
* Utilize creative typography techniques to enhance visual impact and storytelling.
* Demonstrate proficiency in simple animation, particularly for short-form social media content (e.g., 15-second animations).
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to generate innovative solutions.
* Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet client objectives and expectations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and creative output.
Qualifications:
* A portfolio showcasing polished conceptual ideas and creative work across print and digital platforms.
* Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Basic knowledge of animation principles and experience creating short-form animations is a plus.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
