What you’ll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in our Manchester team, working alongside experienced consultants and global clients. You’ll be trained on everything you need to know about recruitment and the energy market.
Key responsibilities:
* Reviewing client job descriptions to understand technical and cultural needs
* Sourcing and selecting top candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
* Speaking with candidates to understand motivations, expectations, and fit
* Preparing and submitting CVs and candidate summaries to clients
* Managing the full recruitment process – from initial contact to offer
* Coordinating onboarding with our operations team
* Building and maintaining a talent network in the energy transition space
* Generating leads through candidate conversations and supporting business development
* Ensuring compliance with all documentation and process requirements

What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in any subject
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organised, driven, and eager to learn
* Proficiency in MS Office
* A people‑person who’s excited to build relationships
* 1–2 years of professional experience is highly desirable! (customer service, admin, sales, etc)
