Key Responsibilities:
* Booking and conducting viewings
* Booking valuations for the Lister
* Liaise with vendors and buyers
* Assist with Sales Administration if necessary
* Negotiate on Sales
* Canvassing for new Sales opportunities
* Promoting the business
* Marketing properties
* Generating new business opportunities
Key Skills & Experience:
* At least 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry
* Strong negotiating skills with proven track record
* Well-presented and professional individual
