Automotive Refinish Technician
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading automotive service provider as an Automotive Refinish Technician. As a key member of the preparation centre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing cosmetic paintwork repairs to a high standard, including blending and polishing
* Colour matching and mixing paint using appropriate techniques
* Refinishing diamond-cut and painted alloy wheels
* Staying up to date with industry standards and best practices
* Ensuring all repairs meet internal quality requirements
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in SMART repair or alloy wheel refurbishment
* Background in detailing, valeting, or paintwork will be considered
* Ability to consistently produce a high standard of work
* Holding a full UK driving licence is essential

Working Hours:
This role is a full-time position, working within a busy preparation centre. You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including overtime when necessary.
Salary:
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 per year, based on skills and experience plus uncapped bonus potential.
Holidays and Additional Compensation:
* You will receive 33 days' holiday per year, including bank holidays, plus a paid day off for your birthday
* You will also receive a welcome bonus of £2,000, a guaranteed three-month bonus, and performance-based earnings
