Training and Communication Content Designer, Bristol
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Training and Communications Content Designer to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging, high-quality content and training for our employees and Scheme partners, focusing on end-to-end journey touchpoints to deliver knowledge and tools that enhance customer outcomes.
You will develop e-learning and training content for face-to-face and virtual trainer-led sessions, as well as communication materials for email campaigns, our partner website, and internal knowledge management systems using online platforms and software.
This involves proactively building relationships and engaging with stakeholders to understand operational changes, performance gaps, and technical, Scheme, and partner information, translating these into clear and concise content. You will identify areas where effective training, communications, resources, and tools can improve operational performance, efficiencies, and user experience.
Your responsibilities include writing and editing copy such as e-newsletters, emails, e-learning modules, trainer notes, slide decks, assessment questions, process maps, and online resources. You will also create, produce, and manage communication plans, email campaigns, photoshoots, events, resources, training, and video content to deliver targeted messages that drive engagement and performance.
You should have knowledge and experience with our systems and platforms, working closely with other content designers to create and deploy training and communication content. This includes setting up learning pathways on our learning management systems and rolling out new content for employees and partners using content management, knowledge management, and email systems.
Establishing good working relationships with external suppliers to deliver solutions on time and within budget is essential. You will also manage queries and requests, ensure effective handover of training materials via structured train-the-trainer activities, and collate analytics and feedback to evaluate and improve training and communication effectiveness.
