* Assess & underwrite bridging and development loans.
* Build strong relationships with clients & colleagues.
* Contribute to loan committee recommendations.
* Stay ahead of industry & regulatory changes.

* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
* Ability to structure complex transactions.
* Calm under pressure with great time management.
