Your Role as a Senior Vehicle Technician in Loughborough As a key Technician in the Loughborough workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. You will play a crucial part in the team's success by providing expertise in diagnostics and repair. Key Responsibilities: Carry out advanced vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs to manufacturer and MOT standards. Perform comprehensive electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and effectively communicate technical advice to customers. Ensure all procured parts are correct and complete pre- and post-service quality checks. Mentor and support junior staff, helping to develop the next generation of Vehicle Technician professionals. Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures. What You Need to Be a Successful Mechanic We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Mechanic ready for a senior opportunity in Loughborough. Level 3 IMI qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent essential). Full UK driving licence. EV qualification, or a willingness to obtain this certification (training support provided).
