Job Responsibilities
* Site and Equipment Management: Responsible for sorting site layout, equipment planning, and relocation projects, monitoring progress and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
* Process and Capacity Optimization: Design and optimize sorting processes, introduce automated equipment to increase capacity, develop standardized SOPs, and promote implementation.
* Operations and Emergency Dispatch: Develop operational plans through data analysis to ensure efficiency and accuracy; handle equipment failures and emergencies, and coordinate tripartite collaboration and cross-departmental collaboration.
* Intelligent Equipment Management and Collaboration: Familiar with automation control systems, PLCs, and other technologies, liaise with technical teams and equipment manufacturers, and support the design of automated processes for the sorting center.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher; 3 or more years of logistics operations or related experience;
* Proficiency in office software and strong data analysis skills; Fluent in English, proficient in English as a working language;
* Strong sense of responsibility and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
