Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to join a well‑established, supportive and experienced Speech & Language Therapy Team.
Main duties of the job
You will assess and treat children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs. You will support families, work with other health and education professionals, organise and prioritise your workload, and develop therapy programmes. You will also have the opportunity to train staff in preschool settings and schools and to partner with parents.

Aptitude and Abilities

Experience and Knowledge
* A range of clinical experience across paediatric and adult SLT services.
* Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams.
* Additional clinical or healthcare related experience.
* Welsh/English therapy provision.
Qualifications
* Recognised qualification degree/equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy.
* HCPC Registered.
* RCSLT Registered.
* Member of appropriate clinical network group.
* Demonstrated understanding and involvement of clinical governance and risk assessment.
* Knowledge of health legislation/policy.
