Job Title: Assessment Processing Manager (Assessor)

Salary: £29,700 - £38,550

Location: Cambridge/Coventry Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The Assessment Processing Manager plays a pivotal role in Cambridge International's exam delivery, leading teams responsible for multiple high-impact assessment processes. Working closely with colleagues and wider operational teams, they help ensure activity runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

About The Role

You will oversee a team within the Marking; Panel Management measuring deliverables are met by our quality and standards.

* Deliver an agreed set of operational processes and procedures.
* Establish relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and key stakeholders.
* Contribute to new developments and the delivery of new products and services.
* Provide reports on progress as required to members of management.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

* Have a proven track record of managing a team and developing staff to help realize their potential.
* Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines during peak assessment periods.
* Be able to adapt and influence change inside and outside your team.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
* Have a proactive approach to your personal development.
* Experience in monitoring performance, productivity and quality metrics.
* Experience of Microsoft applications particularly Excel.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to changing operational demands and priorities.

Desirable knowledge, skills and experience:

* Excellent understanding of marking and quality assurance processes.
* Knowledge of Cambridge International products and their delivery.
* Be able to understand the impact when implementing change within Cambridge International.
* Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within an assessment environment.
