Overview

Senior Administrator/Contract Analyst position at EMCOR UK, Peterborough, United Kingdom. Location: between our Huntingdon or Peterborough sites. Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00. Contract Type: Permanent Full Time. Role Responsibilities

* Working closely with the contract Asset Manager and Facilities Managers and supporting the Account Manager to produce data reports.
* Generating and analysing data and trend analysis, identifying insights to report to the client.
* Creation and programming of MI and KPI reports; ensure KPI measures are completed monthly.
* Daily, Weekly, Monthly and ad hoc reporting.
* Providing information and transferring knowledge to various members of the Management team to aid decision making and improve performance.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes, particularly asset management & compliance, occupancy and performance data.
* Support in the maintenance of the asset database.
* Lead the creation of and embedding of new processes to support Operations.
* Design and development of dashboards; technical experience with BI visualisation tools.
* Support in complex analytics application configuration to meet end user requirements, including configuring workflows, analyses, templates, reports and other application controls.


What You'll Do

* Data Analyst: collaborate with the contract Asset Manager, Facilities Managers and Account Manager to produce data reports; generate and analyse data and trend analysis; develop MI and KPI reports and ensure monthly KPI completion; provide daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting; share insights with the Management team; identify efficiency opportunities in asset management, compliance, occupancy and performance data; maintain the asset database; support process improvement; design dashboards; use BI tools; configure analytics applications to meet user requirements.
* Develop and embed new processes to support Operations.


Essential

* Able to digest technical and operational data into meaningful insights; professional interaction with customers; excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to organize, plan and prioritise work; relationship management and ability to work with teams under direct and non-direct line management.
* Effective communication in verbal and written forms; proficient in MS Office; competent PowerBI user.
* Knowledge of maintenance management disciplines; commercially aware with budget preparation, negotiation and management; resilience under pressure with good decision-making skills; valid full driving licence.
