NHS Borders Regional Staff Bank - Catering Assistants Band 2.
NHS Lothian supports a managed Staff Bank for NHS Borders. All Staff Bank roles are to cover temporary shortages across NHS Borders. Work is offered on an "as and when required basis" with different shift patterns available to suit flexible working. There are no guarantees of a fixed number of hours each week as this is a demand led service.
Responsibilities
* Assist in providing a high quality and safe catering service for patients, staff and visitors.
* Prepare, cook/regenerate, dispatch and serve meals.
* Maintain the kitchen and associated areas in a clean and hygienic condition.

* Reliable and dependable with good teamwork skills.
* Professional and flexible approach to work.
