The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced marketing specialist with digital experience who can plan and manage all of our clients marketing campaigns. You will report to the Managing Director and contribute to the organisations marketing strategy to increase customer sales and engagement. This is an integral role for the business as you will be reporting directly into the Managing Director. Personality wise, the role would suit someone that has good attention to detail, vibrant and full of ideas. This is an office based role. The working hours/days are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 with a full list of benefits provided at telephone interview stage. There is a potential for a work from home option for 2 days per week after completion of the probationary period. Job specification Devising innovate digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisations overarching marketing strategy. Managing and moderating the organisations website content. Produce compelling content and copy that resonates with the target audience, including written articles, graphics, videos and interactive media. Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organisations website, including SEM/SEO/PPC. Moderating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Management and Analytic reporting for LinkedIn. Produce and collaborate with customers to obtain testimonials/case studies to enhance the organisations brand. Management of the organisations Amazon shop and products. Support with new product launches, attend events, organise exhibitions and deal with campaigns. Managing the digital marketing budget, including controlling and directing Google Ad spend and allocating budgets across different channels and platforms. Personal specification Ability to work independently using own initiative to identify and improve current processes and explore further opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines. Keen eye for detail. Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example Google Analytics. Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
