We’re seeking a proactive Branch & Sales Manager to lead our established team at our Fyfield branch in Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership and customer-facing experience to drive performance, develop talent, and grow the branch. You’ll oversee daily operations across parts, service, sales, and administration while ensuring top-tier service for existing customers—and cultivating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead branch operations and ensure profitability across departments
* Motivate and manage a team spanning sales, service, parts, and admin
* Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance
* Represent the business positively in the local agricultural community
* Drive growth through new customer engagement and upselling
* Monitor KPIs and take decisive action to meet business goals
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of agricultural or horticultural equipment (desirable)
* A proven sales leader who can influence, upsell, and close deals
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confident decision-maker with a strategic, analytical mindset
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work under pressure
* IT-literate and confident working with business systems
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Discreet, professional, and self-motivated
