Job Summary The Print Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring jobs are executed efficiently, on schedule, as specified, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing production staff, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining the operational effectiveness of the production workflow. Key Responsibilities Production Management 1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines. 2. Review and approve production specifications, including materials, processes, and deadlines. 3. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure finished products meet or exceed company and client expectations. Team Leadership and Supervision 4. Supervise and support the production team, including the operators of: ○ Large Format Printer ○ Large Format Finisher ○ Small Format Printer/Finisher 5. Manage any temporary staff brought in for production work, ensuring they are properly trained and supervised. 6. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and allocate resources effectively. 7.
