We have an exciting opportunity join our thriving secondary school to work with the SENCO team. This role works closely with the SENCO, ensuring high quality support and educational provision for all students with additional needs with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate for this post: -will ensure high quality support for students with SEND, in and out of lessons -will be flexible and resourceful -has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills -has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude with colleagues and students -believes in the right of every student to fulfil their potential
