Overview
Part time Support Worker required for a 21 year old male service user to work in home and in community. The service user has poor Mental Health and requires day to day support with motivation, encouragement and accompanying to appointments and activities in the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day support with motivation and encouragement
* Accompany the service user to appointments and activities in the community
Qualifications and Preferences
* Require someone of similar age with interests in sports, cinema, cycling, shopping, eating out, etc.
* Preferably a vehicle owner/driver
Availability
* Flexible working hours to suit needs of the service user
* To cover days and evenings for a few hours a day
