Home Manager
Fernihurst Nursing Home, 19 Douglas Avenue, Exmouth, Devon, EX8 2HA
£59,391.88 - £64,391.88 per annum
40 hours per week
Role purpose and responsibilities
* As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of Fernihurst, leading a team of care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care to residents.
* You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
* Work as part of Sanctuary Care's network of homes to support a culture of teamwork and quality care.

Requirements
You will have previous experience in a nursing setting, along with strong operational management experience. You should hold a valid NMC Pin. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
