This field-based role is the face of Hilti in Great Britain and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers. What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with customers. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. You will provide efficient solutions and technical support and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
Scope: Anchor job in Account Manager structure.
* You will be out in your designated region meeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailor-made solutions.
* Develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads, in addition to demonstrating our innovative products and software.
* Manage operational, organizational and strategic accounts in your sales area, fully utilizing Salesforce CRM.

What you need
Please note, to progress your application it is essential you:
* Have a full, manual UK driving licence and willingness to travel (site visits Monday to Friday).
* Have no more than six points on your driving licence.
* Can provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for Account Manager roles due to minimum salary thresholds.
You will also need
* Either B2B Sales experience or experience in construction environments, processes and applications, seeking to move into a new direction.
* Solution-oriented approach to identify customer pain points and provide best-suited solutions.
* Shared values: commitment, teamwork, courage, integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability to meet diverse customer levels, from Site Operator to Managing Director.
* Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to learn, develop and grow.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
