Chiltern Care Services looks after people in later life. Every Care Assistant works to improve the quality of life for the elderly, those with disabilities, or those with long term illness. We are looking for Care Assistants who are caring, kind, and patient. In this role, you will be promoting choice to customers in their daily life by providing care which meets Care Quality Commissions (CQC) fundamental standards and supports happy living for the years ahead.
Typical responsibilities may include:
* Delivering the care plan
* Prioritising tasks as appropriate
* Identifying and ensuring health and safety standards are met
* Identify and report signs of poor practice or abuse
* Escalating concerns / issues as appropriate
* Complying with CQC essential standards and Anchor procedures at all times
* 12 hour shift, 1 hour paid break
Requirements
* 5 years references (can include school)
* Complete an enhanced DBS check or provide information on your registration to the update service
* Right to work in the UK
