Essential Requirements:
* UK experience with UK-based clients in public, private, or third sectors
* Degree in Water, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience leading technical inputs and project delivery in network modelling and CSO spill reduction modelling
* Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM software for network and catchment models
* Understanding of hydraulic analysis and design
* GIS skills for hydraulic schematisation and results analysis
* Ability to build and troubleshoot hydraulic models
* Skills in assessing, calibrating, and improving model confidence
* Knowledge of data procurement routes for hydraulic models
* Experience preparing and presenting technical reports
* Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Capability to review technical reports and calculations
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills:
* Full UK driving license
* Chartered or working towards chartered status
* Experience managing flood risk or water projects
* Skills in GIS Mapping, AutoCAD
* Experience mentoring junior team members
* Knowledge of flood risk legislation, planning policy, and industry guidance
* Understanding of MEICA design legislation and processes
