Priory is committed to ensuring learning, development and appropriate training is available to all colleagues. We have an exciting opportunity within our Learning & Organisational Development Team, for a Safeguarding Trainer (Safeguarding Regional Learning Partner) - West Midlands to join the team.
The Learning and Development team aims to support and provide high quality learning, development & training opportunities to our colleagues to provide them with the tools to feel safe & provide the best level of care they can. The Regional Learning Partner role will work closely with the L&OD Function and various subject matter experts across the business.
The Role:
The role is remote, covering the West Midlands. Although delivery is mainly through virtual platforms, travel is likely to be required to sites and regional offices with prior notice and with occasional overnight stays.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. We are looking to recruit a dynamic Regional Learning Partner who will be part of an exciting change in the way that we deliver many parts of our Core Training to our colleagues.
2. You will be key in ensuring that our Safeguarding standards of training are met and exceeded, and that you manage the compliance within your region.
3. As an exceptional Trainer, it is essential that you have experience of delivering high quality training in a high volume environment.

5. Must have a driving licence and access to a car, and would prefer you to live within the region to support sites.
