Here at GXO, we're looking for a full-time, permanent HR Advisor to join us on our Drinks contracts based in Coventry, with travel across the southwest of England. You will report to the Regional HR Manager and will provide generalist HR support to line managers within the region. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the people agenda, with a focus on culture change, talent, and process improvement.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible start and end times.

We are offering a salary of up to £36,000.00 per annum and 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays). What You'll Do On a Typical Day
* Lead all people processes throughout the employee lifecycle
* Manage time effectively to focus on priority areas, including travel to stakeholders regularly
* Build harmonious relationships with site teams and Trade Unions to ensure optimal working efficiency
* Provide full HR generalist support and advice to managers and employees, maintaining current knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Take the lead on complex ER issues
* Manage absence, including making recommendations, coaching managers, liaising with Occupational Health, and supporting health review meetings
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
* A proven track record in a similar role, preferably with experience in logistics, production, or manufacturing, along with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or studying towards it
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and employee relations
* Excellent communication skills for building strong, long-term relationships
* The ability to work well under pressure, independently and within a small team
