Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Remote - with national travel to sites as required
Responsibilities
* Support project work on wider ER/HR projects and ER strategy as directed.
* Work flexibly across the region, supporting colleagues on projects and activities.
* Proactively manage and support organizational design and change initiatives.
* Assist with TUPE, Mergers, and Acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant processes.
* Deliver strategic workforce planning activities to maximize capability and resource, while identifying engagement and efficiency opportunities.
* Ensure succession planning is comprehensive, capturing high performers and potential, and supporting their development.
* Support objective and PDP setting processes, reviewing and managing outputs effectively throughout the year.
* Develop line managers' capacity to handle Employee Relations issues locally, fostering positive management styles.
* Coach managers to effectively implement HR policies, encouraging prompt and informal resolution of issues.
